5Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 0kada processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following the end of the business relationship, or longer if required by law.

• Technical & Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months, after which they are anonymized or deleted.

When personal data is no longer required, 0kada will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

0kada uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. The following types of cookies are used:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session and remembering your security preferences. These cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.

11Minors & Age Restriction

0kada's platform and services are strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 0kada platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor their children's online activity to prevent access to gaming platforms.
