Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 0kada ("0kada," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 0kada platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 1Definitions

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 0kada reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3Account Registration
To access 0kada's Services, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 0kada will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 0kada support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
- Account Verification (KYC): 0kada may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 0kada are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 0kada currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods may change from time to time at 0kada's discretion.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified account in your own name. 0kada does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
- Transaction Limits: 0kada reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
Note on Fees: 0kada does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees. 0kada is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5Bonuses & Promotions
0kada offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 0kada reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.

6Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 0kada Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply to all gameplay
on 0kada:
- All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
- Game outcomes are final once a round is completed. 0kada will not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 0kada reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.

7Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
8Responsible Gaming
0kada is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting 0kada support. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new Account.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
- Reality Checks: 0kada may display periodic reality check notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 0kada's prior written consent.
- You may not use 0kada's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written permission.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0kada's liability to you in connection with the Platform and Services is limited as follows:
- 0kada provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- 0kada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
- 0kada's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 0kada's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms
0kada reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 0kada will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
